1. How can a customer call and trade or get account related information from the customer care ?

Call Toll Free Number 1800 103 5506 or Paid line Number 0484 3911706 / and enter the TIN and PIN number to avail any of the services listed above. You can also e-mail us at citybroking@geojit.com in case you want to know about the products and services as well as about any account related information.

2. How do I get the TIN and PIN?

At the time of account opening the respective branch would hand over the PIN to you in an envelope . Once the account is activated the Welcome Mail which will also contain the TIN would be sent to your registered email id. Alternatively use the option " Forgot Tin " or " Forgot PIN " as the case may be and a mail containing the same will be sent to your registered email id.

3. I forgot my Password what should I do?

Please use the option " Forgot Password " and within half an hour a mail containing your new password would be sent to your registered email id

4. How do i get the basic details about account opening and other charges?

Please call on the Toll Free 1800 103 5506 or Paid line Number 0484 3911706 on the General Enquiry and the agent who picks up the call would assist you in the matter.

5. Whom should i contact when i face any techincal issues with regard to trading?

Please call on the Toll Free 1800 103 5506 or Paid line Number 0484 3911706 , Go through the Menu and Press option 8 to get connected to the technical support line. The agents would assist in all your queries relating to Login , password as well as with the system requirements .

6. Can i get a DEMO of the trading site?

Kindly go through the DEMO available in the trading site. Also you can request for a live DEMO by calling the Toll Free/Paid Line number using Tin/Pin. The agent would fix up an appointment with you as per your convenience and then provide you with a DEMO over the phone.

7. Can i get research advice from your Team?

Daily research recommendations from the Research Desk of Geojit BNP Paribas would be sent every morning to your registered email id. You could also call 1-800-103-5506/ 0484 3911706 using your TIN/PIN to get live research recommendations.

9. Can i apply for IPO online?

Yes, the same can be done through the customer care site as well as by calling 1-800-103-5506.

10. Is it possible to get account related information through emails?

Customers are given timely service through the emails. A customer who wants to know information on the trading and account related informtion as well about his funds and shares can send a mail to citybroking@geojit.com from his/her registered email id with Geojit BNP Paribas and the same would be responded within 48 hours.
