| Familiarising yourself with your CUB ATM Card: |
on the face of the card you will find
Your individual 16 digit CUB ATM Card Number.
The date after which your card
needs to be renewed. your card is valid from the date you receive it up
to and including the last day of the month of the year indicated on
your card.
Please check to see if your name
appears correctly. If not, please advice your branch to get you a new
card with the correct name.

On the reverse of your
ATM card You will find: |
(D) The Magnetic Strip which
contains encoded information.
(E) The Signature panel on which
you must sign as soon you get your card. This identifies the card as
your CUB ATM card and prevents misuse by any other person.
