Next the ATM will prompt you to key in the personal
identification Number (PIN). Please take care to key in the correct
PIN. After the pin is input, the ATM process the information and if it
is found correct, guides you step by step for conducting transactions.
If the wrong PIN is entered thrice, the card will
retained by the ATM. If you are using the card for the first time, you
will be prompted to change the PIN and please change the PIN
immediately.
In case , you have forgotten your PIN the card
cannot be used. Please surrender the card to your branch and apply for
a new card. New card will be issued to you at a charge of
Rs.200/-.Please contact your Branch for assistance.
At this stage options will appear on the screen and
you can choose the appropriate options.
This option allows you to withdraw fixed sums like
Rs.100/-,Rs.200/-.Rs.1000/- subject to availability of balance in your
account
You can withdraw cash in multiples of
Rs.100/-.Minimum Rs.100/- and up to the limit fixed by the bank per
cycle depending on the availability of balance in your account. After
you choose one of the above options and also input the amount required,
the ATM dispenses cash as well as transaction receipt.
Care: Please pick up
the cash as soon as it is dispensed, otherwise after a few seconds the ATM
will take the cash back into the machine. In such eventuality, please
contact the branch for assistance. Re-crediting the cash involves
reconciliation work and it is cumbersome process which will take its
own time.
The ATM prompts you for further transactions( in
case of fast cash option no prompt will be there). If no further
transaction your card will be pushed out of you to collect it. In case
of fast cash option, you are prompted to collect the card and on
collection of the card the cash is dispensed.
This option is to be used to change your PIN. You
can do this as often as you desire.
By exercising this option, card holder can see the
balance in the designated accounts on the ATM screen.
You can obtain a online mini statement of account
for the last 5 transactions on your account. The statement will appear
on the transaction slip.
If you have no further transactions, please collect
your ATM card. The card should be collected as soon as it is sent out
(within 30 seconds), else it will be retained by the ATM. In such an
event, please contact the Branch along with advice printout you
received from the ATM. In such an event, please contact the Branch at
which you maintain your account.
In case of problem in cash dispensing or card
retained by the ATM you are requested to contact the branch along with
advice printout you received from the ATM.

4.What to do if your CUB ATM card is lost or stolen. |
Please notify the ATM Branch from where you obtained
the card, if the card is lost, stolen or the PIN is forgotten or
accidentally divulged. Report the loss to the police and obtain a copy
of FIR lodged with the police station. Confirm immediately the loss to
your branch in writing along with a copy of police complaint/FIR.A new
card will be issued on application at a charge of Rs.200/-.
NOTE: Any financial
loss arising out of un authorised use of the ATM card till such time
the bank records the notice of loss of card will be to the card
Holder's account.
Cards that have been used satisfactory will be
renewed and new card sent to the card holders before the expire of the
ATM card.
