Card Holders are requested to withdraw minimum of
RS.100/and up to the limit fixed by the bank per cycle. Withdrawal will
also be subject to balance limit being available in the customer's
account.
Cash withdrawals of prespecified amount (e.g.
RS.1,OOO/RS.2,000/-, Rs.3,OOO/) from a primary account to be designated
by the Card Holder.
Card holder can see the balance in his accounts
linked to ATM card on the screen as well as obtain a transaction
receipt showing the balance.
A mini statement containing the last five
transactions in the account can be obtained online.
Request to bank for statement/ cheque book
/Statement/ Cheque book will be issued after receipt of the request at
the customer's branch of CUB. Cheque book request and statement request
will be processed by the branch and appropriate action will be taken by
the customer's branch.
Change of Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Procedure for Notifying lost Card
The branch which has issued the Card is to be notified in writing
Note: The Bank reserves the right to introduce
new facilities or remove existing facilities as and when warranted
without assigning any reason for the same.
