What is CUB WALLET and it’s features?

CUB Wallet is an App. which can be used by both customers of CUB as well as others who are not customers of CUB. CUB Wallet enabled you load money from CUB or other bank accounts, through your net banking or using your debit card and send money to CUB accounts, other bank accounts, CUB Wallet accounts and to your contacts. You could also recharge your prepaid mobile, pay postpaid phone bills, DTH recharge, pay your credit card bills. Use Scan & pay feature using QR code on the go.

Who can register on this App?

CUB customers who have account in CUB and others who don’t have an account with CUB can register through this App.

How do I register for this app CUB Wallet?

Download CUB Wallet from Google play store. Once downloaded, open the application and register your details by selecting the option “Register Now”. If you have an account in CUB then select the option ‘account holder in CUB’ and enter your 15 digit account number to proceed. If not, select ‘no account in CUB’ and continue the registration process.

Is there any charge for registration?

No, there is no charge for registration and usage of the App.

Is there any limit restriction in CUB WALLET?

Yes there is a limit restriction in CUB Wallet. City union bank customers who have fully completed the KYC procedure can enjoy a limit of up to Rs 1, 00,000 /- i.e., the total credits in the wallet account and the balance in the account at any point should not exceed Rs 1, 00,000/-.Other customers can enjoy a limit of up to Rs 10,000 /- i.e., the total credits in the wallet account and the balance in the account at any point should not exceed Rs 10,000/-

How to load money in CUB e-Wallet?

Customer can load money into his CUB WALLET from CUB account or from OTHER bank account. To transfer from CUB account the customer can use his CUB NET BANKING OR MOBILE BANKING. To load money from other bank, they can use either debit card or net banking of that bank.

How to send money using CUB Wallet?
What are favorites?

You can add your frequent day to day transactions in favorites list. So that in future you don’t have to enter all the details. Just wallet pin and One Time Password (OTP) is enough to proceed with the transaction.

How to view my wallet statement?

You can view your wallet statement by selecting the option statement under my account menu from home page.

How to change wallet PIN?

You can change wallet pin by selecting the option ‘change pin’ under my account menu in home page.

How to do mobile recharge and postpaid bill payments?

You can do prepaid mobile recharge and postpaid bill payments by selecting the option mobile and then need to select prepaid for mobile recharge and postpaid for paying postpaid bills.

What to do in case of any disputes in wallet?

You can contact our 24/7 customer care @ 044-71225000 or send a mail to customercare@cityunionbank.in along with your wallet details to solve the issue regarding disputes.

How to generate QR code for my wallet account?

You can generate QR code by selecting the option generate QR code under accept payment option. Once generated you can share that QR code with your friends for money transfer using CUB e-Wallet app.

I have forgotten my 4 digit PIN to login to CUB Wallet. How can I reset it?

You can reset your wallet pin by selecting the option ‘forgot wallet pin’. Then enter the mobile number followed by OTP. Then select the security question and enter the answer which you gave at the time of registration. Now, enter the wallet pin and also reenter the same to reset the old pin.
