For construction or Purchase of ready-built house
Min Rs. 30 lakhs and Max Rs. 75 lakhs
Quantum of loan is decided based on the Net Salary income / Net annual income and repayment capacity of applicant(s)
The loan is to be repaid in Equated Monthly Installments fixed by the bank as per the repayment schedule
