CUB UPI 123Pay

City Union Bank launches 'UPI 123PAY'. Customers of any bank shall initiate a secured call from their registered mobile to the CUB BHIM Voice IVR number 08045163581 and following the instructions provided by IVR. This can be used by both feature and smart phone users.

How to register for 123Pay in BHIM Voice IVR

• Initiate a call from the mobile number linked with your bank account in any bank, to the CUB BHIM Voice IVR number 08045163581.
• In IVR call tell the name of the bank of the account for which you wish to register for UPI banking through IVR.
• All the accounts in the selected bank and mobile number from which you have connected will be listed. Choose any one account.
• For UPI id creation UPI PIN is required.
• To set UPI PIN enter the last 6 digits of debit card number & validity. Post successful debit card validation, OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the IVR call.After OTP validation set UPI PIN to transact using the IVR facility.This is not required if you have the PIN already.
• UPI ID will be created for the selected account after successfull PIN validation .
• Once the above steps are completed, your are ready to do transactions in UPI through IVR.

How to make a payment through CUB UPI 123Pay on IVR

• Initiate a call to the IVR number 08045163581 from the mobile number linked with your bank account registered in CUB UPI 123Pay
• Customers can choose the following options:
  • Money Transfer
  • Balance Enquiry
• On Choosing any one of the above option, you will first be validated for completion of registration and then routed to the option selected.
• Select 1 for fund transfer. Enter the mobile number of the Beneficiary to whom you wish to transfer funds. System will identify the UPI ID of the entered Mobile number and ask to confirm the same.
• Upon Confirmation, you will be asked to enter the UPI PIN. If Correct PIN is entered, transaction will be completed by debiting your account and crediting the beneficiary account.
